A FINE LINE: BETWEEN TIME + SPACE

it all started when…
I began to come to terms with my love/hate relationship with time, as well as my perception of space. The concepts of time & space seem to be constants in [my] existence—permeating all facets of everyday life. this collection mirrors a dialogue with both themes [of time + space] & myself.
This body of work is one I birthed for quite some time, & it’s my intent to urge the viewer[s] to question every aspect of the collection—to ask why & how these pieces belong together within the themes in focus. Every decision that resulted to the final pieces [& the body of work in its entirety] was intentional, & I would like them to be viewed as such.
Consisting of subject matter such as impatience, isolation, immediacy, and individuality, amongst others, A FINE LINE: BETWEEN TIME + SPACE is a personal body of work. I use my experiences, in relation to these themes, as a point of reference to the broader human experience. Essentially, to some degree, we are all bound by time & space.
